This session will focus on developing and enhancing facilitation skills.  It will focus on:

  • what is or isn’t facilitation
  • core skills of facilitation
  • personal development of key skills
  • disruptors and how to tackle them

It will be an experiential workshop with lots of opportunity to ‘have a go’, and will be particularly well suited to those with little experience.

This session will be facilitated by Carolyn Bogush. 

Carolyn is an Organisational Psychologist with 20 years experience.  She has worked with a range of different clients including Southern Health NHS Trust, Imperial College, Barclays Bank and Hilton Hotels.  She works in the areas of leadership and management development, assessment and personal development.  Her communal roles include over 20 years of volunteering with Limmud, including being a Director, co-chairing Limmud Conference and Chair of Limmud for 3 years.  She is currently a trustee of UJS, on the advisory board of Lead, and sits on the Board of her shul.
