JHub Office and Events Assistant


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pro-active and motivated self-starter with some experience of office and events management to take on an exciting role in the JHub team. 


The main purpose of the role will be:

Administrative support:

  • Maintain office systems and assist JHub staff with all administrative needs

Hosting and Events:

  • Welcome visitors to JHub
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for JHub events

Communications Support:

  • Assist with JHub internal and external communications

This is a busy job at the very heart of JHub and you would be assisting all aspects of our activities and engaging with different organisations and individuals. We are looking for someone who displays a positive attitude, is pro-active and who enjoys building relationships with all sorts of people.
